Rookie League:
This is a coaches pitch league for all player abilities. We focus on basic skills and begin to learn the rules and strategy of the game.
Player Ages: 7-8 year old (DOB falls between 5/1/2016 - 4/30/2018)
Registration: February 24 - March 30
Tryouts: April 17 at the Alpine baseball field (if needed we will find an indoor location). Tryouts are held to equalize the skill level across all teams in the league. All interested players make teams, there are no cuts.
Season: April 22 - June 14
Schedule: Practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 5 or 6:15 depending team schedule. Games on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm. End of Season Party will be held June 14th (time and location TBD).
